Richard Fannin secured what I believe was truly the best possible price for the property and the whole Pinkerton's team were highly professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I have moved many times over the years but I must admit that the best experience I have had yet was with Pinkertons estate agents. From the moment Richard visited our property to sell, he explained the vision and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic sales result for us. Not only that but he also found us the perfect home taking into account what factors we had mentioned to him of what we needed. The sales team Sandra and Aimee were very helpful and courteous and helped iron out any minor issues which undoubtedly crop up during the moving process. We worked with Pinkerton over the course of nearly a year to buy a very well marketed house in North Belfast. Richard is quick at getting back to you and keeping you updated. He is very easy to talk to. He is pleasant to work with. Unfortunately the house we bought looked beautiful but it has been one major repair after another. We felt obliged to increase our offer because of how “popular” the house was but within days of moving in the bath flooded through the ceiling and we need a new boiler. I guess that is the increased risk of buying a house in a seller’s market. I do wish that estate agents would represent the buyers more instead of the vendors. Thank you
Had a positive experience in selling my home through Pinkertons. Richard had a real enthusiasm that I knew would come across to potential purchasers. Whilst honest and realistic with myself and purchasers I feel that Pinkertons pushed to and indeed achieved the best Market value for my home.
