I am very happy with the excellent service from the team at Reeds Rains. Laura was very friendly and helpful booking in my valuation appointment. Simon gave me a realistic valuation after surveying the property. I was extremely impressed that he then later contacted me the same evening with a breakdown of costs. We are at a crossroads with our house trying decide the move that is best for us. I was a bit unsure whether Reeds Rain would be cold with me because of this. But they were super friendly and supportive and if we decide to move we will be contacting them.
We viewed a house with Tracey and we were really pleased with how easy the whole process was. Nothing was too much for Tracey, e-mails back and forth, questions galore and she always responded promptly. Great service and lovely to work with. We would recommend reed rains to anyone looking to rent, they have lovely properties on their books and are really pleasant to work with. I've been renting with Reed Rains for a few years now and it has been a brilliant experience from the start. Tracey (she's fantastic ????) is our link to the landlords and she made everything easy & straightforward from the start. I am so thankful to Tracey for helping me secure a beautiful rental property after nearly a year of looking for somewhere to rent, which had been extremely stressful. Not only is Tracey highly responsive and cordial over emails, when I first moved into the apartment a few issues needed to be attended to and she sorted them out super quickly. Contractors were here at 8am on one day and 8.30am another day. I also requested the sofas to be professionally cleaned shortly after I moved in and this was done at no cost to me. I'm sure having good tenants in well-looked after properties also brings peace of mind to the landlords. I have not had good experiences with other estate agents, the difference with Tracey and Reeds Rains is they actually care and want to see you settled in and content.

Tracey and Simon have gone out of their way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible both with renting and selling.
