I bought and sold a property with Emma and it was undoubtedly the best service I have received from an Estate Agent. Emma was always available to take a call, dealing with my questions expertly and she went way above and beyond what I could have expected, working viewers around my schedule and even letting me collect the keys for my new house from her on a Sunday afternoon, I've never heard of any other estate agent doing this! Emma's knowledge of the local area is superb and was was able to recommend solicitors, mortgage brokers etc which made buying and selling a house so much easier.
