Went here to buy a small gift ???? nothing too expensive for a present from my goddaughter for her mum. The lady ???? who served me was lovely she had excellent customer service and made sure I was well taken care of. They have a wide variety of items at all different prices so you can have a great choice.
I had picked up a couple of gifts earlier this week,after ordering them online.The lady I dealt with earlier in the week was pleasant.Today,I had to return the gifts as they weren't big enough.Today,I dealt with Carla.I was a little unsure as to whether I could have a full refund or whether I could swop for something else.Carla was fantastic-she had time for me,she was patient,knowledgeable and gave me some great ideas-i bought something else based on Carla's advice.Carla is a real asset.Thank you!Phil
Can I start by saying this rating is not on the staff in the Castle Court Store. Purchased a 1/2 carat diamond eternity ring, when I had it for 14 months(had only worn it a dozen times), 2 stones fell out. Took it back to the store lady told me it was jaggered so it had been hit or knocked which was never the case. Sent away for repair pricing which I was told £540 which was nearly the price of the ring, told them no I would collect it and try another jeweller. Emailed H Samuel and still awaiting a reply. Took it to a local jeweller and thankfully they have been able to repair it, but there specialist advised there was not a scratch or mark on the ring and the only reason that the stones had fallen out was that the settings were not strong enough and had just snapped. Digusted at the expense I have been out and the none response from H Samuels.
After a bad experience at a different h.samuel store I swore I'd never use one again but I decided I would try one last time and am very happy I did.i met a store agent called Gareth that works here and he was incredibly helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond.i only called in to get my watch repaired which I had tried at other store but they were not interested in helping me but Gareth was an absolute star and made me feel that welcome that while I was there I ended up buying another G shock premium watch to add to my ever growing collection and as long as there are great staff like him there I will continue to shop with H.Samuel.
