Incredibly disappointing experience whilst out to specifically purchase a ring for my daughter’s birthday. When I asked for ring sizing- to enable us to look at the selections of rings available in my daughter’s size (nothing worse than setting your heart on one only to find it is unavailable!)- I was informed I would have to commit to buy a ring that day otherwise they wouldn’t check her ring sizes. When I further explained I wanted my daughter to be able to choose from the appropriate size selection, as per their chosen method of display, I was again told I’d have to commit to buy- the reason apparently being Covid and that everything needed sanitised after. Thankfully, Argento were much more welcoming and my daughter found a perfect combination of rings, bracelets and I managed to sort her Christmas gift too. It’s really quite a shame as I bought my daughter her first ring and her charm bracelet from Ona- sad to see the service slip.
